This role is based in Delhi, India, as a Field Worker within the India Rx business unit.

Position Summary

As a Medical Business Associate in Delhi, you will cultivate trusted relationships with healthcare professionals in Delhi and surrounding areas. Your role will involve sharing clear, science-based information to enhance patient care. You will develop and implement a territory plan based on customer insights and local needs, collaborating with commercial, medical, and access teams to address regional challenges. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other local healthcare partners.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insights and local needs.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and science-based information to aid healthcare professionals' decision-making.
  • Accurately record activities, outcomes, and customer insights using company systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends, and best practices to enhance performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or other local languages prevalent in Delhi).
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eligibility to work in India.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare roles.
  • Ability to discuss clinical evidence and explain scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer insights and basic data to guide activities and set priorities.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages commonly used in Delhi (e.g., Punjabi).
  • High motivation for learning, adaptation, and taking on increasing responsibility.
