MEAN Stack Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) with hands-on exposure to cloud architecture, microservices, and micro-frontends. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist who writes clean, scalable code and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular, Node.js, Express.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Develop robust backend services and REST APIs.
• Architecture & System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions for microservices and micro-frontends. Implement scalable, secure system designs ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and third-party systems.
• Database & Messaging: Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis (caching), and RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
• Cloud, CI/CD & DevOps: Deploy applications on Azure Cloud or similar platforms. Use Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX teams, architects, and QA. Participate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies like sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Frontend: Angular/AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js (5 years required).
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Messaging & Caching: Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Cloud Platform: Azure (preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of microservices, MVC/MVVM patterns, REST APIs, and OAuth/JWT authentication.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Python (optional).
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, Mocha.
• Prior experience in product-based Agile teams.
