Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Execute Master Data Management (MDM) activities utilizing SAP tools and established business processes.
• Leverage deep knowledge of SAP systems and master data governance to align with specific client process requirements.
• Sustain high standards of data accuracy, quality assurance, and consistency adhering to strict operational guidelines.
• Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written skills in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to on-site work at our Siruseri office in Chennai, including rotational shifts covering US business hours (night shift).
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining by 12 October 2026.

Level-specific expectations

• SPE (Junior): (1.5–3 years) Possess relevant MDM/SAP experience and demonstrate the ability to execute assigned process activities independently.
• SME (Mid-Level): (4–6 years) Exhibit strong command of MDM/SAP processes with proven capability to handle complex operational challenges.
• Team Lead (Senior): (7–9 years) Bring extensive relevant experience, demonstrating leadership in team coordination and oversight of process delivery.
