Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist in Emeryville, CA, to manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, driving pipeline growth and ensuring operational excellence across all marketing programs. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you'll be instrumental in integrating our marketing technology stack, from Marketo to Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution. You will configure, test, and deploy new features, troubleshoot technical issues, and build multi-channel campaigns including email, nurture programs, forms, and landing pages. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Field teams, you'll operationalize campaign strategies, maintain database health, and develop insightful reports on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality. Your contributions will directly support attribution models, improve lead scoring and routing, and ensure a clean, consistent handoff between Marketing and Sales, while upholding global data privacy regulations and promoting privacy-first data practices.
