Join Transition, a thriving clothing brand, as a Marketing Intern focused on Organic Growth in New Delhi. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our brand's organic presence, primarily on Instagram and other platforms.
As a fast-growing startup, we are seeking a high-energy, idea-driven Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, particularly Instagram Reels, emerging trends, influencer collaborations, and the dynamic pace of startup environments.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Develop and produce compelling Instagram Reels (4-5 per week).
- Identify and adapt to current audio trends and popular concepts for content creation.
- Establish and manage relationships with micro-influencers to expand our reach.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activations, including college events, pop-up shops, and user-generated content drives.
- Contribute innovative ideas daily for campaigns, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- Prepare comprehensive trend reports and provide actionable creative suggestions.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to implement and execute fast-paced marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- An energetic, proactive individual brimming with creative ideas.
- A genuine passion and deep understanding of Instagram.
- Natural creativity and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging trends.
- The ability to independently ideate, plan, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content (e.g., using CapCut, InShot).
- A person who thrives in the dynamic and demanding environment of an early-stage startup.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience managing or contributing to a personal Instagram page.
- Basic graphic design skills, preferably with tools like Canva.
- A demonstrable interest in fashion and apparel.
Requirements:
- A strong grasp of current Instagram trends and platform best practices.
- The capability to shoot and edit basic video content for social media.
- Excellent creative thinking skills coupled with the ability to execute tasks rapidly.
- Comfort and adaptability in working within a small, fast-moving team.
