Role Overview:
This position is critical to bridging creative marketing ideas with scalable execution. As a Marketing Infrastructure Engineer reporting directly to the Founder, you will own the entire technical launch process for new performance offers, ensuring every component—from tracking implementation to campaign deployment—functions flawlessly before go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Total Launch Ownership: Transform raw offer data into fully operational marketing assets. You will gather requirements from affiliate networks, configure domains and DNS settings, set up ad accounts in Business Manager, and deploy landing pages to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Advanced Tracking Architecture: Configure and maintain Meta Pixels and Conversions API (CAPI). Your expertise in server-side event configuration is vital for validating flows, troubleshooting attribution issues, and ensuring high-quality data reporting across all campaigns.
- RedTrack Operations Mastery: Serve as the primary owner of RedTrack operations. You will configure traffic sources, manage offers, set up postbacks, and ensure accurate attribution systems that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance.
- Infrastructure & Scalability: Build robust technical foundations including redirect systems, DNS configurations, and Facebook Pages. Your work directly impacts speed-to-market, data accuracy, and ultimately, campaign profitability by eliminating guesswork and establishing repeatable deployment frameworks.

In this role, you are not just setting up ads; you are engineering the reliability of high-performance marketing ecosystems. Small mistakes can lead to significant financial loss, making your precision the backbone of scaling strategies for large-scale offers and CPA campaigns.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong background in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and technical admin platforms.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record working with RedTrack, Voluum, Binom, or similar tracking solutions. Deep understanding of S2S (Server-to-Server) tracking, offer lifecycles, traffic sources, and postback configurations is essential.
- Meta Ads Ecosystem: Expert-level comfort within Meta Ads Manager for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and adhering to strategic creative direction while integrating CAPI effectively.
- Affiliate & Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate marketing dynamics, CPA models, major affiliate networks, DNS management (e.g., Cloudflare), and funnel research tools is highly valued.
- Cultural Fit: You are an exceptionally organized problem-solver who thrives under pressure. Your workflow involves rigorous checklists, self-verification steps, and a commitment to data integrity that protects the performance marketing business model.

Compensation: Monthly salary range between $1,200 - $1,800 (International Payroll).
