About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Data Scientist to join an Enterprise Technology leader. In this remote US-based role, you will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that enhance visibility, acquisition, and demand generation for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous marketing challenges into robust modeling and measurement solutions.
• Develop attribution models to optimize marketing investment allocation.
• Build predictive models (propensity scoring, lead scoring, churn prediction) focused on Go-To-Market strategies.
• Analyze relationships between product engagement metrics and commercial outcomes.
• Design and interpret statistically valid experiments to drive performance improvements.
• Create segmentation models to uncover behavioral patterns and funnel optimization opportunities.
• Leverage organic search data to refine content strategy and discoverability.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to deploy machine learning pipelines from notebooks to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 4-6 years of data science experience specifically in marketing, growth, or high-growth technology environments.
• Proficiency in Python and analytical SQL with extensive use of pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• Demonstrated track record of building predictive models that directly influenced business decisions.
• Solid expertise in marketing measurement, including attribution modeling and incrementality testing (GA4, Google Ads).
• Strong foundation in statistical methods such as forecasting and causal inference.
