Summary
The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) and leveraging strong data analytics capabilities. This position is focused on increasing the percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance lead volume and quality, optimize marketing budgets, and improve overall funnel efficiency.
The analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns, generating actionable insights to boost engagement, conversions, and ROI. Candidates with a background in Automotive or Retail industries will be preferred, bringing valuable domain understanding to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Tracking
- Track key marketing metrics such as events, conversions, and user interactions across websites and applications using tools like Google Analytics.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate user behavior, traffic sources, and engagement across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels.
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards, visualize data, and present insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations for optimization.
Strategy Optimization
- Identify trends, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and user experience (UX).
Competitor & Market Research
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to work on large datasets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst.
- Background in Automotive or Retail industry (preferred).
