Marketing Campaign Specialist

Job Purpose

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of digital B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for Randstad Enterprise in India. This role is focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth by managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles and utilizing data-driven insights to reach high-value enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and email platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics to drive demand generation, improve conversion rates, and optimize performance based on analytical insights.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop personalized messaging and content tailored to specific target accounts and decision-makers.
• Marketing Technology: Utilize HubSpot and other automation tools to manage campaigns, ensuring technical alignment and innovative use of AI in marketing workflows.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational sales pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B marketing campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, global, cross-cultural environment.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage AI tools for campaign enhancement.
