Marketing Analyst

Agoda is seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join its dynamic Performance Marketing Team. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation assistance provided for international candidates. The Performance Marketing Team is a globally recognized leader in online marketing, specializing in data-driven strategies to enhance customer lifetime value through measurable programs and channels. Our team comprises leading analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, with leadership deeply experienced in data science, product, and strategy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Search Marketing: Conduct experiments with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across major search engines like Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver. Implement changes based on successful tests and adapt to new product features.
• Display Marketing: Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Modeling & Analytics: Analyze large datasets from marketing experiments, develop models for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.

What you'll need to succeed:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in digital marketing.
• Academic research experience.
• Familiarity with R Studio, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.
