Manual Testing with US Healthcare

Summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on testing software products to enhance the health and well-being of members served by clients, without direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or sensitive client data. The position is strictly limited to application testing.

Your Role in Our Mission

Contribute your expertise to developing innovative healthcare technologies. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in software product testing for development or support projects, assessing functional components and adherence to business specifications.
• Assisting in test planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Leading formal test execution phases for significant projects.
• Applying industry and functional software knowledge, along with an understanding of regulatory issues, to conduct functional testing, diagnose system issues, and develop integration and system test scripts.
• Configuring test questionnaires and other testing materials.
• Maintaining defect reports and tracking updates through regression testing.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years of software product testing experience, including developing and executing test-ware from functional design documents in compliance with regulatory statutes.
• Proficiency in configuration management, defect tracking, query tools, and software productivity tools.
• Familiarity with templates for creating test scripts and trace matrices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings, interacting with clients, and writing test materials.
• Excellent organization, people management, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, globally distributed team.
• Hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Database Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Testing methodologies.
