Full Job Description
- Perform comprehensive manual and functional testing of web applications, complex workflows, and Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments within our AGI infrastructure.
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, regression, exploratory, and negative testing scenarios to ensure robustness across diverse user inputs.
- Validate task prompts, expected outcomes, and automated evaluation/grader logic for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with frontier AI standards.
- Identify false positives and false negatives by meticulously comparing actual application behavior against expected results in high-stakes environments.
- Test end-to-end workflows including edge cases, boundary conditions, unexpected inputs, and varied user scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.
- Verify that application states match expected outcomes after task execution within our specialized RL training setups.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, detailed logs, screenshots, and appropriate severity ratings using industry-standard tools like Jira or GitHub.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and AI/research groups to investigate critical issues and ensure timely resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate actively in requirement reviews to identify gaps, ambiguities, and missing test scenarios before implementation or release cycles.
- Execute regression testing across multiple release cycles using large-scale datasets provided by our partners.
- Maintain QA documentation, detailed test results, and release sign-off details using tools such as Jira, GitHub, or Google Sheets for transparency.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and quality standards specifically tailored for a fast-paced AI product environment focused on AGI development.
