Role Overview
As a Manual QA Engineer, your primary focus will be to guarantee the superior quality of our software through rigorous manual testing, precise defect tracking, and the continuous enhancement of our QA methodologies. You will work collaboratively with development and product teams to uphold the highest standards of reliability and performance for our AI-native products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual testing of software applications and systems.
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects from discovery through to resolution.
- Foster close collaboration with development teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to established QA standards, processes, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Actively contribute to the refinement of testing strategies and the overall improvement of product quality.
- Provide support for quality audits and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with core QA methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), and related concepts.
- Experience in quality auditing and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
