Manager_Cyber KRI Analyst

Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) seeks a Cyber Security Data & Reporting Analyst to enhance its Cyber Health Adaptive Risk Method (CHARM) capability. This role is crucial for improving how VOIS utilizes data for risk-based decision-making. Key responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining cyber security data feeds, ensuring data quality, and supporting central analytics on platforms like QlikSense and Google Cloud Platform. The analyst will develop dashboards, improve data accuracy, and provide clear, insights-driven reports to senior stakeholders.

The role involves engaging with data owners and market entities to guarantee the integrity of cyber security data feeds and onboarding new data feeds according to architectural guidelines for GCP and Qlik platforms. The analyst will support reporting on strategic objectives, KPIs, and the overall progress of the Global Cyber Security team, while also implementing and maintaining automated and real-time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Ensuring the accuracy of senior management reporting through monthly dashboards, data-driven updates, and collaboration with global and market points of contact is also a core function.

Ideal candidates will be skilled in interpreting Security KPIs and KRIs, conducting trend analysis, and forecasting. Experience in designing and implementing reporting frameworks for large, diverse global organizations is essential. The role requires a proactive, organized, and autonomous individual who can meet strict deadlines. Strong communication skills are needed to translate complex technical information into clear insights and recommendations for varied audiences. Proficiency in PowerBI, SAP tools, Qlik, and QlikSense dashboard development is required. A strong business acumen, ideally within telecommunications, technology, or security sectors, along with experience in KPI management, reporting, and business analysis, is preferred. A degree-level education is also a requirement.
