About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team within a rapidly expanding startup environment. This is a high-impact position for an individual passionate about establishing HR best practices from the ground up, fostering organizational growth, and building strong partnerships with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive HR policies, processes, and people practices throughout the organization.
- Partner extensively with the founder and senior leadership on organizational planning and people strategy development.
- Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive culture.
- Manage HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless team collaboration.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies and future workforce planning.
- Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks, processes, and governance structures.
- Provide support to managers in areas of team building, leadership development, and employee relations.
- Ensure effective policy implementation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of strong ownership and high performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity within fast-paced or startup environments.
- Prior experience in the Insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling talent acquisition for high-growth teams and implementing effective HR frameworks.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Keka and experience managing HR databases.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in negotiation, consensus building, and managing multiple priorities under demanding timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a responsive and proactive problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
