About the Role

Build teams. Build great software. Deliver impact. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale multiple engineering teams. Your mission will be to build reliable, secure, and scalable products that matter. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on ensuring high standards of technical and delivery excellence. You will be at the forefront of people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery, fostering an environment where teams can achieve their best work and drive significant business outcomes through exceptional engineering.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of talented software engineers.
• Foster an environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality software sustainably and at speed.
• Champion modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and a positive developer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other partners to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Balance delivery, quality, and technical excellence without leading to burnout.
• Contribute to shaping technical direction while keeping teams focused on delivering customer value.
• Ensure robust operational practices, including reliability, incident management, and cost awareness.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in leading and scaling software engineering teams in complex environments.
• A strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and technology stacks.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a dedication to coaching, inclusion, and developing future leaders.
• Confidence in collaborating with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, knowing when to engage deeply and when to maintain a broader perspective.
• A passion for and a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality software at scale, with an emphasis on long-term sustainability.

Technical Skills We Value

• Strong knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of modern architecture patterns, cloud-based architectures, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization.
• Proficiency in various programming languages, including DotNet, React, and Python.
• Good knowledge of Big Data Solutions, Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Quality principles.
