Manager

Role Overview:

We are building an ambitious, federated Integration Platform designed to give developers and data teams intuitive self-service access with real-time insights—all wrapped in secure, scalable automation. As a Manager, you will create frictionless engineering experiences where complex systems feel simple and predictable.

• Lead with Systems Thinking: Create core platform elements including modular interfaces, intuitive onboarding flows, clear access patterns, and visibility into platform health.
• Simplify Complexity: Design self-service workflows that abstract hard parts of provisioning. Translate logs and orchestration outputs into instant human-readable signals.
• Create Scalable Patterns: Collaborate across divisions to define standards, shared contracts, and consistent working methods so teams can move faster without duplication.
• Provide Insight & Confidence: Enable dashboards and telemetry that tell users what's happening, why it matters, and the next steps for engineers, analysts, and leaders alike.
• Leverage AI Responsibly: Explore ways to augment engineering experiences with responsible AI—better guidance, smarter recommendations, and natural interactions.

Your Qualifications (Required): A strong background in Platform Engineering/DevOps or internal platforms. You possess a mindset focused on usability and systems design rather than just implementation. You are comfortable moving across technologies, have an automation-oriented approach familiar with modern DevOps practices, and understand security-first principles regarding identity and access.

• Experience designing experiences for developers through portals, APIs, or tooling.
  - Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops and guide teams.
  - Comfort working in Scrum/Agile environments.

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Core: Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD Automation, Scripting (Python/Bash).
• Preferred: Containerization (Docker/K8s), Observability Tools, Agile environments, AI-assisted development.
