Manager - Security, Ballabgarh Plant

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations at our Ballabgarh manufacturing plant. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee all security-related aspects.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security policies, procedures, and programs. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, effectively managing security personnel through training and performance evaluations, and responding swiftly to any security incidents. Additionally, the Security Manager will oversee the horticulture activities within the plant premises to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including providing training and conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Investigate security breaches and incidents, preparing detailed reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans.
• Conduct security awareness training sessions for all employees.
• Manage security budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee all horticulture activities, including the maintenance of gardens and green spaces within the plant premises.
• Coordinate with horticulture staff to ensure the proper care and maintenance of plants and landscaping.
• Implement safety measures related to horticulture activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
