Manager - Risk Analysis in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Manager for Risk Analysis to be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This global role involves overseeing IT Risk Management, IT Project Governance, and compliance processes. The successful candidate will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and implement effective control measures. Collaboration with IT leaders across various verticals and engagement with international stakeholders in India, the Philippines, and the United States are key. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and assessment of IT risks across all verticals, aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Evaluate and strengthen the security posture by assessing risks related to Security Operations tools, processes, and technologies.
• Conduct IT process assessments and reviews, recommending improvements to enhance IT governance maturity using frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000.
• Partner with the Enterprise Risk Management team to ensure effective mitigation of IT risks and maintenance within acceptable thresholds.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office to oversee IT-led processes and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and monitoring of IT Risk policies, standards, and procedures to foster a robust risk culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

• Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• No travel requirements.
