Your ultimate responsibility will be to ensure program profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of program managers, diligently tracking and reporting on critical quality, delivery, and financial metrics to executive leadership. Proactive risk identification, mitigation, and the cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships are paramount. This role also involves overseeing contract performance, managing project financials and revenue recognition, and driving incremental margin improvements. For new business opportunities, you will define the delivery model, plan, governance, and risk mitigation strategies, shaping the program's business case.
