About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Services Reporting & Analytics to transform complex data into actionable business insights that drive operational performance and improve patient health outcomes. This role is responsible for building robust reporting resources, executing advanced analytics, and collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore diverse datasets to understand underlying structures and align them with business processes through proactive collaboration with enterprise partners.
• Apply critical thinking to frame analytical problems, acquire relevant data points, design comprehensive plans, and write efficient SQL queries for requested analyses.
• Construct aggregated reporting tables within Snowflake or other cloud-based platforms to support scalable and replicable reporting needs.
• Design and execute complex analyses on large-scale datasets that may require significant cleaning and normalization.
• Foster collaboration across teams and with partners to advance Pharmacy Services growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience analyzing large data sets in a professional setting.
• Strong command of SQL for independent analysis, validation, and issue resolution across multiple sources.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise analytical judgment when validating dashboards, datasets, and AI-generated outputs to ensure decision-readiness.
• 3+ years of advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, conditional formatting, charts, VBA & macros.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for code optimization and reporting while adhering to governance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
