Manager of Software Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead our engineering teams in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will apply systematic engineering principles to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software that directly improves health outcomes for millions.

• Leadership & Strategy: Provide technology leadership, define long-term architecture roadmaps, and pioneer approaches to emerging tech trends. Mentor teams and act as the critical liaison between business partners, developers, and project management groups (handling Onshore/Offshore models).
• Facilitate design reviews, conflict resolution, and production support readiness.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, deployment infrastructure, and QA/UAT phases including defect analysis.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize deep experience in J2EE (JBoss/Tomcat/WebSphere), UI technologies (ReactJS, Angular, Smart Components), and full-stack implementation. You will be responsible for CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Cloud architectures (Azure/AWS, AKS, Docker/Kubernetes), Microservices, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure security compliance using tools like HP Fortify/Splunk/New Relic and implement fixes for common vulnerabilities.
• Qualifications: B.Tech/BE/MCA with 11+ years of experience. Must have 7+ years in UI, 4+ years in CI/CD automation, 3+ years in Cloud migration/multitenant apps, and significant architectural design skills.
• Preferred: AI Builder mindset with experience in Azure AI, MS CoPilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, Gen AI, and RAG frameworks.

This role requires excellent communication skills to solve complex business problems efficiently within an Agile Scrum environment.
