Role Overview

About the job: Manage project work for execution and completion of works related to civil and interiors for large commercial office buildings/campuses in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India.

• Management/Execution of Civil & Interior Works, supporting MEP works for projects aligned with design intent, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Design review/optimization of Civil/Interiors/Structural & related MEP designs, specifications, and Bill of Quantities for new and refurbishment projects.
• Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals, including comparisons and recommendations.
• Upgrade standards and specifications regularly to remain relevant with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED).
• Drive innovation by incorporating latest technologies for world-class buildings.
