The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Manager for Operations within Human Resources, specifically for the Core Business Services (CBS) Talent Acquisition & Learning (TAL) team in Mumbai.
About CBS - TAL - Learning:
As a vital part of Core Business Services (CBS), you will collaborate with various internal teams, providing knowledge, resources, and tools to support the wider firm in delivering exceptional client service, gaining market advantage, and driving firm growth and profitability. CBS encompasses critical functions such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

- To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Learning & Development (L&D) or Organizational Development (OD), with a focus on partner learning.
