Manager – Full Stack Development

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Full Stack Developer to lead Application Development at Genpact in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment, building scalable web applications using cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications utilizing Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and RESTful architectures.
• Work extensively with MySQL for database design optimization and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront) and Azure environments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and adherence to best development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly in a Day Job (India) setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript in production environments.
• Strong understanding of MySQL schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
