Genpact is at the forefront of AI and digital innovation, and we're seeking a skilled Manager Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative models to tackle complex business challenges.
In this role, you will apply your enterprise-level experience in predictive and NLP model development, validation, implementation, and monitoring. You will analyze data, translate insights, and integrate findings to drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operation teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art generative AI techniques and their application to LLM models.
- Develop models using Classification and Regression techniques, perform Hypothesis Testing, and conduct Feature Selection.
- Identify trends and patterns in large datasets using creativity and analytical skills.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to generate hypotheses and build optimization plans.
- Mine and analyze data to improve product development and business strategies.
- Enhance the analytics infrastructure and automate processes for the team.
- Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends and present insights clearly.
- Provide thought leadership within the marketing analytics community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as Sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, and AutoML.
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with generative models.
- Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Prior experience with LLM use cases or large-scale language models is highly desirable.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to coding standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for ML model deployment.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models like GANs, VAEs, and transformer models.
