Full Job Description
This role is within the Deposit Pricing Analytics team at Standard Chartered India, located in Bengaluru/Bangalore. The primary focus is to develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions leveraging advanced data and analytical tools for the Wholesale Banking (WRB) business. Responsibilities include translating business questions into data science requirements, ensuring model governance, and delivering high-impact marketing use cases across products and segments. The role involves developing pricing and optimization solutions, conceptualizing and building high-impact use cases for the deposits portfolio, and leading discussions with governance teams for model approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Business
- Analyze and agree on solution designs for analytics projects.
- Develop and deliver analytical solutions and models based on agreed methodologies.
- Partner with project owners to create implementation plans, including model benefits.
- Support the deployment of initiatives, including scoring and system implementation.
- Consolidate and track model performance for periodic assessment.
- Create technical and review documents for approval.
- Contribute to Client Lifecycle Management (Acquisition, Activation, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell, Retention & Win-back).
- Enable scientific test and learn for direct-to-client campaigns.
- Engage in pricing analytics and optimization.
- Perform digital analytics, including social media data analysis for new methodologies.
- Contribute to channel optimization.
- Predict client wallet utilization (on-us and off-us).
- Predict client and product profitability.
