The role involves overseeing cybersecurity efforts specifically designed and implemented to protect critical Operational Technology (OT) systems, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and associated OT assets within the Adani Group's extensive portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Lead the creation of a comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives. Define security priorities for executive leadership and ensure continuous improvement based on emerging industry threats.
• Risk Management And Threat Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat analysis specific to industrial environments like SCADA and PLCs. Implement mitigation strategies to secure these critical assets.
• Incident Response And Recovery: Lead response procedures for OT security incidents involving detection, containment, and remediation. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to develop rapid-response plans for cyber and physical threats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, risk management, legal compliance, and external vendors (including MSSPs) to integrate secure measures into OT systems and ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• Security Architecture Design: Implement network segmentation, access controls, firewalls, and other security protocols tailored for OT environments.
• Training And Awareness: Educate OT personnel on cybersecurity best practices to foster a culture of resilience across the organization.
