Full Job Description
Novel Office is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive for their Residential team, focusing on the US market. This role is instrumental in driving acquisition, sales, and fostering strong relationships with real estate brokers. You will engage with both luxury and affordable housing segments, contributing to significant sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents across various US markets.
- Generate high-quality leads through proactive outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and comprehensive digital research.
- Identify and source promising properties by leveraging broker networks and in-depth research.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and nurture relationships with brokers and potential buyers to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline, encompassing short, medium, and long-term goals, to meet established business targets.
- Actively participate in client discussions, property presentations, and negotiation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and project execution.
- Conduct thorough market research within the residential real estate sector, including tracking pricing trends and monitoring competitor activities.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and generate periodic sales reports.
- Oversee smooth client servicing and manage post-sales coordination efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess 0-5 years of relevant experience in Residential Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Sales.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree; an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exhibit the ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions with confidence.
- Possess a target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up capabilities.
- A foundational understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
