About the Role
Novel Office is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the US residential real estate market. This role focuses on client acquisition, sales, and fostering strong relationships with real estate professionals across both luxury and affordable housing sectors. You will be instrumental in generating leads, identifying valuable properties, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Based in Bengaluru (Marathahalli), this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to international real estate ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with US-based residential real estate brokers, wholesalers, and agents.
- Generate high-quality leads through strategic cold calling, targeted email campaigns, social media engagement (Facebook, LinkedIn), and in-depth digital research.
- Identify and secure properties by collaborating with brokers, wholesalers, and conducting thorough market research.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and nurture strong relationships with brokers and potential buyers to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Develop and meticulously manage a sales pipeline, encompassing short, medium, and long-term strategies, to meet established business objectives.
- Actively participate in client discussions, present properties effectively, and support negotiation processes.
- Collaborate closely with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between client needs and project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research within the US residential real estate sector, including tracking pricing trends and monitoring competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Facilitate smooth client servicing and manage post-sales coordination effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-5 years of proven experience in Residential Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Sales.
- Bachelor's degree; an MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field is considered a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions with confidence.
- A strong target-oriented mindset coupled with excellent follow-up capabilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to US market requirements and working hours, if necessary.
- A foundational understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
