The Opportunity

This role is part of the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) industry market, which includes Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation. The focus is on helping clients navigate the evolving business landscape by addressing how goods and services are conceived, produced, bought, and sold. AMI aims to foster cross-sector collaboration and leverage global sector expertise.

CNS - Risk - Process & Controls Focus

Within EY Consulting, this position contributes to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. The team assists clients in identifying and managing the interplay between risks and opportunities to make informed decisions that safeguard their ability to achieve future business strategies and objectives. Key areas of focus include:

• Enterprise Risk: Assisting clients in identifying and mitigating key risk areas, enhancing organizational agility, and focusing on enterprise risk and resilience, internal audit, compliance, and internal controls.
• Technology Risk: Supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth by protecting business performance and providing trusted assurance on internal control and regulatory compliance to stakeholders. This involves assessing technology-related risks.
• Financial Services Risk: Helping clients in the financial sector manage and monitor business risks through a transformative approach, encompassing process improvement, risk management, data analytics, reporting, business requirements for IT, asset and liability analysis, and capital/liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for new and existing client engagements by securing resources, accessing key contacts, and overseeing proposal preparation.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with buyers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and introducing colleagues from other service lines.
• Engage with high-growth clients and market leaders in sectors such as financial services and insurance.
• Plan and schedule client engagements, deploy appropriate teams with necessary skill sets, and review engagement progress and work products.
• Review status updates and prepare management and audit committee presentations.
• Oversee timely billing and actively follow up on invoice collections.

Skills and Attributes

Qualifications

• University undergraduate degree; post-graduation is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
