About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and IBM z/OS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis, application development, impact assessment, defect resolution, production support, performance tuning, and system modernization initiatives.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Owning end-to-end SDLC activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Preferred Domain Experience

Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains are preferred.

Technical Skills & Tools

Mandatory: Mainframe SAS, Mainframe Testing.
Additional advantages include experience with Endevor, Control-M, FileAID, Xpeditor, Git, and CI/CD practices.
