Machine Learning Researcher

SaaSguru is seeking a proactive Machine Learning Researcher to join our mission-driven team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience and a robust foundation in machine learning and AI. You will be instrumental in architecting and improving simulation models, leading research initiatives, and transforming research findings into tangible, deployable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Develop and refine simulation models to achieve exceptional accuracy. Lead research efforts to advance behavioral prediction science, and design and implement sophisticated experiments for validating novel approaches.
• Implementation: Convert research breakthroughs into practical, deployable solutions. Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate cutting-edge ML capabilities into our product offerings.
• Model Deployment: Apply your expertise to deploy ML models into production for real-world applications.

Required Skills

• Machine Learning & AI Proficiency: Strong expertise in machine learning, with a focus on behavioral prediction, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ML models for practical applications is crucial.
• Research & Experimentation Acumen: Proven ability to conduct in-depth research, design experiments, and validate new methodologies in AI and behavioral modeling. A portfolio of published work in related fields is advantageous.
• Software Development & Deployment Skills: Fluency in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience in deploying ML models to production environments is a requirement.
• Cloud & Scalable Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing frameworks like Spark, Kubernetes, or distributed computing environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent ability to collaborate with product teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
