About the Role

As an MLOps Engineer Graduate at TikTok, you will support the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of online inference systems and offline training pipelines. You will build robust MLOps platforms, manage infrastructure capacity, and enable advanced machine learning frameworks and GPU platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for large-scale production ML inference services to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance.
• Ensure operational excellence of offline training pipelines, continuously improving job success rates.
• Lead infrastructure capacity planning and resource management to meet evolving business demands while optimizing GPU/CPU utilization.
• Drive the deployment of new machine learning frameworks and GPU platforms in production environments.
• Design, build, and maintain MLOps automation tools including quota management, diagnostics, monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.
