Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine ML models for optimal survey-to-user matching
• Build and maintain robust model training and evaluation pipelines
• Analyze matching quality to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with backend engineers to productionize solutions
• Design A/B experiments to validate improvements
• Monitor model performance, latency, and data quality in production environments
