Position: Machine Learning Engineer (Contract)

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
• Demonstrable professional or research experience specifically in machine learning engineering.
• Advanced practical proficiency with Python and modern coding agents.
• Experience at a recognized technology company or prestigious research institution is essential.
• The ability to demonstrate depth of expertise using equivalent tools if specific proprietary ones are not available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional open-source contributions or significant academic publications in ML/AI.
• A strong track record of solving non-trivial problems under tight deadlines (willingness to start within 24-48 hours).
