Machine Learning Engineer

Join Level AI as a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) in our Noida, India office. You will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that revolutionize the customer sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and innovate using advanced Machine Learning techniques to build data-driven solutions.
• Address complex NLP challenges, including text classification, entity extraction, summarization, and generative NLP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance AI solutions within our products and services.
• Optimize existing machine learning models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable production NLP pipelines.
• Develop robust post-deployment monitoring and continuous learning capabilities.
• Define appropriate evaluation metrics and establish performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated with state-of-the-art (SOTA) techniques in your field and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in learning, implementing, and applying the latest model architectures (e.g., LLMs), inference optimizations, and distributed training methods, including the use of open-source models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related mathematics field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python with practical experience in solving NLP problems such as text classification, entity tagging, information retrieval, question answering, natural language generation, and clustering.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, fundamental machine learning concepts, data mining, feature extraction, and pattern recognition.
• Hands-on experience with Transformer-based Language Models including BERT, DeBERTa, Flan-T5, GPT, Llama, Gemma, and DeepSeek.
• Deep familiarity with model training concepts, inference optimizations, and GPU utilization.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and common ML libraries such as scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, NLTK, and transformers.
• Experience deploying ML models using REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and their ML services is a plus.
• Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Multimodal models is advantageous.
• Knowledge of real-time streaming tools/architectures like Kafka or Pub/Sub is a plus.
