Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer for our core platform team. The client is an established US-headquartered product company expanding its engineering presence in India via a partnership with Flexiple. You will be responsible for building, evaluating, and deploying ML models directly into their production environment, collaborating closely with backend and platform engineers to ensure reliable inference at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and evaluate advanced ML models tailored for ranking, recommendation systems, or NLP applications within the product ecosystem. Conduct structured experiments and A/B tests to quantify model impact on key business metrics.
  
• Production & Platform Engineering: Build and maintain robust training and inference pipelines capable of running reliably at scale. Own end-to-end model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and rollback procedures in production environments.
  
• Collaboration: Partner with backend engineering teams to seamlessly integrate models into existing services while maintaining low-latency performance.
