Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Machine Learning Engineer to optimize our ML systems. You will evaluate existing processes, perform statistical analysis to resolve data issues, and enhance AI predictive automation accuracy. This role requires solid data science knowledge with expertise that translates directly into improved software performance.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with managers to refine machine learning objectives.
• Designing ML systems and self-running AI for automated predictive models.
• Transforming prototypes into production using appropriate algorithms and tools.
• Ensuring accurate user recommendations through algorithmic optimization.
• Converting unstructured data (images, text) via auto-tagging and speech-to-text conversions.
• Solving complex problems with multi-layered datasets and optimizing ML libraries/frameworks.
• Developing algorithms to analyze vast historical data for predictions.
• Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting results.
• Documenting processes and staying current in the field of machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Master's degrees are advantageous.
• A minimum of two years' experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, and R code writing.
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, modeling, and software architecture.
• In-depth understanding of mathematics, statistics, algorithms, and analytical problem-solving skills.
