Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build production-grade LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI systems. This onsite role in Hyderabad / Secunderabad involves developing scalable ML/MLOps pipelines for deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy robust LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI systems.
• Create scalable ML/MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient deployment, rigorous evaluation, and continuous monitoring.
• Leverage expertise in LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, reranking strategies, and agent frameworks.
• Develop high-performance AI services using Python alongside modern machine learning engineering tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with ML research and engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience with RAG, Agentic AI architectures, MLOps practices, LLM applications, or ML infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools including LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), Docker/Kubernetes orchestration, and experiment tracking platforms like MLflow/W&B.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience in fine-tuning models (SFT/LoRA/QLoRA/DPO).
• VLLM or model serving experience.

Note: This position is strictly focused on LLM, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and MLOps. Computer Vision or Multimodal experience is not required for this role.
