Role Overview

TikTok seeks an ML Engineer Graduate to build AI-native capabilities for global E-Commerce supply chain and logistics. You will leverage deep learning, LLMs, agents, and operations research to optimize forecasting, delivery intelligence, merchant growth, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning and OR models for global e-commerce logistics (ETA prediction, failed/delivered-not-received events).
• Build spatio-temporal trajectory knowledge graphs using NLP/LLMs to solve address verification challenges.
• Predict demand at warehouse/inventory levels via time series forecasting to optimize manpower and stock.
• Detect merchant growth potential through mining, tiering, outreach, and retention algorithms.
• Optimize product traffic/conversion strategies including pricing/subsidy decisions using predictive analytics.
