Machine Learning Engineer Graduate

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Machine Learning Engineer to develop AI-native capabilities, deep learning models, operations research solutions, and intelligent systems for global e-commerce supply chain and logistics at TikTok. Key responsibilities include forecasting sales and demand, predicting package trajectories using knowledge graphs, optimizing operational strategies with LLMs/NLP for address resolution, driving merchant/creator growth algorithms (mining, tiering, outreach), and enhancing product performance prediction to aid traffic distribution and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

• Completing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, CS, OR, Statistics, Math, etc.
• Proficient in Machine Learning/Deep Learning (classification, regression, clustering) using Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with LLM post-training (SFT, RLHF), agents/workflow orchestration, and data mining is highly desired.
• Demonstrated spirit of exploration, strong analytical skills, and teamwork.
