Machine Learning Engineer

HumanBit is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join a cutting-edge AI company in Delhi/NCR. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling advanced AI models and agents, driving innovation in the generative AI space by transforming research into production-ready products. You will design and lead the development of complex AI architectures, manage model deployment pipelines, and stay abreast of the latest research trends. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, high-performance code, participating actively in design discussions and code reviews, and collaborating effectively with product and design teams to create user-centric features. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with proven experience in AI-related roles. A deep understanding of software development best practices, including version control and testing, is essential. Experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers, along with a strong track record of architecting scalable systems from scratch, is highly valued. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), LangChain, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Milvus), and MLOps tools is required. Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning new technologies, and excellent collaboration and communication skills are also a must. Prior experience in a SaaS or AI-focused product company is preferred. This position is located in Delhi and requires 4-8 years of experience.
