At Biz-Tech Analytics, we are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced computer vision systems in production environments.

About The Role

You will take ownership of the entire solution lifecycle—from problem scoping and model development to deployment and performance monitoring—working alongside ML engineers to power AI automation across diverse operational workflows. This role involves mentoring junior team members, integrating cutting-edge research (e.g., ViTs, SAM), and collaborating directly with clients on PoCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of computer vision models for applications like object detection, tracking, human activity analysis, and visual quality control.
• Build and optimise image and video data pipelines to ensure robust data flow from sensors and cameras.
• Architect real-time vision systems focusing on latency, accuracy, and scalability for edge and cloud environments.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and foster a culture of high technical standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning with Computer Vision projects deployed in production.
• Proficiency in Python and expertise using PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV for object detection, facial recognition, defect detection, etc.
• Solid understanding of MLOps workflows and scalable deployment strategies.
