Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML systems focused on forecasting, optimization, and cutting-edge Generative AI. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in mathematics and statistics with hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for high-scale production environments.
• Develop sophisticated forecasting and optimization models using advanced statistical techniques.
• Build, pre-train, fine-tune, and evaluate state-of-the-art LLM-based solutions.
• Leverage strong knowledge of probability, linear algebra, calculus, and optimization to solve complex business problems.
• Integrate Generative AI into production workflows effectively.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, model validation, and performance tuning.
• Process large-scale real-time datasets to build predictive systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models seamlessly.
• Build scalable, low-latency infrastructure for ML services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production-ready ML models.
• Expert proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of mathematical fundamentals: probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization, and modeling.
• Strong grasp of time-series forecasting, statistical learning, predictive modeling, and evaluation metrics.
• Practical exposure to LLMs, NLP, fine-tuning techniques, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

Good to Have

• Experience in Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
• Background in portfolio optimization, quantitative modeling, or signal generation.
• Proven track record working with real-time and large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of LLM inference optimization strategies for production deployment.
