Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Reporting to: Sr. Manager - Analytics

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced ML systems that power intelligent products and services. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers on data preprocessing, cleaning, and structuring.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance robust ML pipelines and production-grade systems.
• Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.
• Monitor production systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Utilize task management and messaging systems such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Celery.
• Implement foundational CI/CD practices for ML models and pipelines.
• Leverage containerization tools like Docker for streamlined deployment and testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning engineering, AI projects, or system design.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in programming, particularly Python.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, including MSSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery, or similar task queue/messaging systems.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles for ML workflows.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of statistics, algorithms, and data science concepts.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic.
