M05A0: Data Analyst II

Role Overview

• Ensure timely, accurate, and quality-checked setup of discounts and pricing for all large customer accounts using the FedEx Pricing systems and relevant tools.
• Transform and optimize pricing processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize human intervention through process simplification and automation initiatives.

Pricing Implementation & Audit

The Pricing implementation/audit analyst will be responsible for validating the completeness of approved prices and implementing them for FedEx customers. This includes facilitating the deployment of pricing across different FedEx operating companies via execution, testing, documentation, and optimization of contract administration pricing processes.

Systems Administration

• Responsible for entering pricing discount and rates information into FedEx enterprise pricing systems.
• Setting necessary parameters within the FedEx pricing systems.
• Auditing data entered in the pricing ecosystem.

Process Optimization

This position shares responsibility for planning, implementing pricing changes, and validating them for Pricing Contract administration. The role manages several pricing-specific processes that support all FedEx US Domestic pricing and operating companies.

Collaboration & Efficiency

You will work with key business partners to effectively implement and audit customer's pricing and discounting requirements. Responsibilities include planning, streamlining pricing processes through optimization and automation – helping manage costs and achieve business efficiencies.
