Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Java Developer to join our team in India (Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, Mumbai, Pune). The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java and a passion for building high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Java applications tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the development team to design, architect, and implement new scalable features.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem trends, libraries, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrable proficiency in core Java programming language (JVM internals preferred).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack awareness.
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with version control workflows using Git/GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to debug complex issues quickly.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a collaborative team player mindset.
