This critical role involves the comprehensive administration and strategic direction of lodging facilities, ensuring strict adherence to Air Force standards and optimizing resource efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, formulating policies, and overseeing multiple lodging operations, including geographically separated facilities and contract quarters. The ideal candidate will exercise managerial authority to set long-term plans and objectives, aligning higher headquarters' policies with local installation needs. This position demands the development of efficient operational procedures, strategic organization structuring, and meticulous planning for lodging projects and facilities.
