Loan IQ Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Business Analyst to join our team supporting a leading unnamed client in the dynamic financial services sector. This pivotal role is centered on driving the delivery, enhancement, and operational efficiency of lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive requirements across the entire loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing, repayments, and restructuring events.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for commercial loan servicing platforms, overseeing critical modules such as accounting, agency deals, and complex system integrations.
• Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and robust solution designs to guide development teams and external vendors.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing defect resolution pipelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Deliver exceptional production support through rigorous issue triage, root cause analysis, deep data investigation, and seamless coordination with technology teams and third-party partners.
